Mobilization for success

Starting from the story of a volleyball team and a championship that is at risk of being lost, we developed a model of group psychotherapeutic intervention. Blockages, emotions, sabotage, relationships and faulty communication required our intervention and "raised our net" the specific themes in working with athletes, but also the ways to optimize the results. We aim to detail the intervention strategies in group psychotherapy, but also an individual approach regarding the practice of a sport. Olivia MOCANU is a principal MD psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor within the Experiential Psychotherapy Society of Romania. Private practice for 27 years, specialized in adult, couple and family psychotherapy, individual and group psychotherapy for children. Additional training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, suggestionology and hypnosis, NLP, transgenerational therapy through family constellations. Experience in organizing and supporting therapy and personal development groups, eating disorders, sexology, assisted depression and resilience, sports therapy. Loredana Ioana CEPTUREANU is a supervising psychotherapist, she graduated from Master's studies in Psychodiagnosis, Unifying Experiential Psychotherapy (PEU) and Personal Development at the University of Bucharest, which she continued with complementary training and training programs in expressive-body techniques and analysis transgenerational. Holds individual and group sessions in Romanian and English.
